Refunds related to milewalk Academy's digital content, eBooks, training courses, webinars, and other such products purchased through our website will be handled in accordance with this policy.
If a limited-time refund is offered, we will clearly indicate so on the program's overview page. If the customer adheres to the terms and requests a refund within the appropriate timeframe noted for the program, we will promptly refund the money less the respective credit card, PayPal, or other domestic or international processing fees applied at the time of original purchase.
When a limited-time refund is offered, engagement beyond the self-paced digital assets including, but not limited to online coaching support, live group coaching, one-on-one individual coaching, resume-writing review services, or additional time-based, live-support services will void the refund policy.
Additionally, we reserve the right to exclude refunds when an individual has repurchased a product they have previously returned.
Any products on our site which do not offer a refund will be clearly indicated at the time of enrollment with clarifications such as, but not limited to "Due to the complete digital nature of this particular program, refunds are not offered," or "You can cancel at any time and won't be billed again, however, a cancellation does not refund any previous charges."
